Meet The Team

Office Manager

Rebecca is a native of Minnesota and growing up in a military family, she had the opportunity to travel and live throughout the US and Europe. She has been involved in dentistry for over 25 years. She has been involved in all aspects of practice management and her incredible knowledge of all of the facets of the business of dentistry makes her invaluable to Rocky Mountain Pediatric Dentistry.

Rebecca and her husband are ridiculously proud of their three wonderful children.  She believes that hanging out with your grown children is like spending time with the very best parts of yourselves.  When she has spare time, Rebecca loves to read.

Krystal was born in Utah to a US Marine family and lived in several states prior to arriving in Colorado. She has her Master’s in Psychology and has extensive experience working with children with special needs. She decided to transition into pediatric dentistry, knowing she could still show a lot of love toward children. She wanted to broaden her experience and joined the RMPD team to gain that experience. Krystal has a very warm, loving, and caring way about her that puts parents and children at ease.

As our billing coordinator, Krystal is happy to help with any questions on your family’s account. She is a whiz with insurance companies and works with our parents to get the most out of their benefits. Krystal always wears a smile and never forgets a face.

Krystal loves the mountains and spends her free time with her husband and rambunctious son exploring and camping throughout Colorado.

A Colorado native, Vanessa grew up in a small town east of Colorado Springs. She spent her childhood playing outside until the street lights came on, in a town without a single traffic light. Friday night football and bonfires at the lake were entertainment in this tight-knit community.

Vanessa loves pediatric dentistry because she believes that children are the sweetest patients and she has the best conversations with all of the kiddos. Vanessa has experience in many areas of front office administration and is knowledgeable, professional, and kind.

Vanessa has an amazing, supportive husband and three adorable kiddos. They enjoy family activities including hiking, boating, and traveling.  On a recent family vacation to the ocean, Vanessa was brave enough to pet a live shark.

The dental field is a new adventure for Gina and she is very excited to begin a new career after being blessed to have spent the past 18 years as an early educator. Gina looks forward to working with the compassionate RMPD team and getting to know all the families we serve. She feels so inspired to join an organization dedicated to your child’s dental care.

Gina has been married to her high school sweetheart for 30 wonderful years. They have two beautifully made Christ centered daughters. Their oldest has been an apostolate to the impoverished, and will be temporarily living out her discipleship in Japan. Gina’s younger daughter is an energetic gymnast and more recently a marathon runner. Native to Colorado, the family values their time together. They enjoy all of the beauty that we call home, whether it be hiking to the top of a 14er or just hanging out in their own backyard.

Gina finds so much joy in life, just living in the moment.

Having grown up in South Dakota, Alyce still remembers lots of interesting facts about Mt Rushmore.  She has called Colorado home for almost twenty years and has over 10 years of experience in the dental field.  We are so thrilled to have Alyce’s experience, knowledge and all around awesomeness here at RMPD.  As our treatment coordinator and hospital liaison, Alyce can answer your questions and help navigate insurance benefits and patient costshares.

Alyce cherishes her family which includes her adored husband, a retired Navy veteran, 2 boys who both proudly serve in the Navy, 3 girls, 1 grandson, and her “favorite son” her pupper, Jack.  She loves family time, game nights, and cuddling with Jack and good book.

Colorado born and raised, Gina graduated from Thomas B. Doherty High School and Pikes Peak Community College. She was selected as one of the Mayors 100 Teens while in High School. She chose to continue her education beyond her dental assistant training, and completed her Associates Degree of Applied Science as well as EDDA and DANB certification.

Gina chose pediatrics because she believes that it is important to educate the youth to enhance oral hygiene and promote quality dental care, now and for generations to come. We are so proud that she brings her drive and dedication to our practice and shares her love with our patients and their families.

Gina is part of a large family, including a wonderful fiance’, four beautiful children, and 20 nieces and nephews. Her children, Catalina, ChyAnne, Michael Jr, and Caaliyah are the lights of her life and her free time is dedicated to spending time with the entire family.

Ashley comes from a large family with five younger sisters. They came back to Colorado Springs in 2000 and decided Colorado was their home. Ashley attended Sand Creek High School and James Irwin Charter High School. After several years in the restaurant business, she attended PIMA Medical Institute where she completed her Dental Assistant training and externship with Honors. She continued her education and received her certificate for Expanded Duties Dental Assisting. Ashley has been in all aspects of dentistry, however pediatrics is where she feels she truly belongs. She enjoys building trusting relationships with her patients to create a fun and exciting experience. It makes Ashley’s day when a child is excited to come back to the dentist.

Ashley and her husband, Cameron, have two adorable doggies, Franzen and Larkin. They keep them busy with enormous amounts of energy and constant talking. In her spare time she loves baking, crafting and hiking.

Born and raised in Houston, Courtney brings her old fashioned Southern manners and Texas charm to the RMPD team. Greeting everyone with a great big “Howdy!”, a genuine smile, and always a “Yes Ma’am” or two, Courtney was drawn to pediatrics when she began her dental career and worked in a busy pediatric dental practice in Texas before moving to beautiful Colorado. She has proven to be an invaluable addition to our clinical team and has focused on oral health presentations throughout Colorado Springs.

Courtney loves sweet tea and cheetah print (or is it actually leopard?). Make sure to check out her adorable shoes, and Courtney will remind you to stick to the tea at mealtimes. Water is always the best choice in between meals!

Vanessa was born into a military family in Gessen, Germany.  She is fluent in German and moved to the US when she was just three years old.  Vanessa graduated from William J. Palmer High School and afterward, completed her dental assistant training in Texas. She first started working in pediatric dentistry while in Texas, and joined the RMPD team upon her return to Colorado.  Vanessa’s everlasting energy and eternal messy bun earned her the nickname “Bunny” among her work family.   Don’t let her fun personality fool you, when it comes to your kids’ dental health, Ms Bunny gets right down to business.  Those Mouth Monsters don’t stand a chance with Vanessa.

When she is not at work, Vanessa loves hiking with her basset and blood hound pups.

A Colorado native, Sierra has lived nearly her entire life right here on the Front Range.  She was born in Denver and ever since, has never stayed away from the mountains for long.  After completing her dental training at Assist to Succeed, Sierra determined that her success would be right here, in pediatrics.  Sierra aims to make every child’s visit special and loves to educate families on ways to take care of kids’ teeth at home.

Sierra loves to laugh and finds great joy in spending time with her friends and her two cats.
